confession: i accidentally slept until 10:45 this morning. i set my alarm for 9:30, and when i accidentally hit "disable" instead of "snooze," i decided i really didn't care.


i haven't done that in a while. let me be real honest with you...it felt great.

i'm afraid of out-growing my passion.

i'm young. i'm a dreamer. i'm in love with adventure. i'm slightly naive and idealistic. i'm hopeful.

i firmly believe that passion and hope are intimately connected. without hope, there can be no passion.

tonight, i am working to figure out how to live life, maintain hope, and passionately pour my heart into each moment.

i do it anyway, but deep down in the pit of my stomach i always feel a little anxiety about it.

but not today.
